Dynomag Hub 2WD

Robust and made with a careful combination of electronic, technical and structural components, it consists of a control totem and 2 or 4 hubs to be attached directly to the vehicle's wheel hub.

It doesn't need to be installed permanently, it can actually be stored anywhere after use, freeing up workshop space and eliminating the need for costly construction work for installation.

Mobility & Precision

The meticulous combination of electronic, technical and structural components has been perfected to provide mechatronics shops with a solid and precise shaft in any working condition.

The movement system, with a mix of Teflon and rubber wheels, makes it manageable and easy to place in any workspace. In addition, its articulated shaft facilitates the coupling process.

Each unit has a high-efficiency eddy current brake equipped with an optimized cooling system to ensure the best thermal and fluid dynamic conditions.

The absence of rollers and wheels increases safety up to the highest levels.

Control totem equipped with state-of-the-art proprietary software, Full HD monitor, high-performance processor and emergency buttons.

From first use to day-to-day operations, mechatronics can have commands, functions, and analysis tools at hand.

The totem is ready to support 2WD and 4WD configurations with the dedicated connection ports.

Structurally, two additional 220v Schuko sockets are available.

Modern interface and software

Modern, intuitive software stores the database of tested vehicles, can initiate sweep tests, constant RPM/speed/tensile tests, and allows operators to compare various results from different bearings.

From the first guided configuration, the proprietary software, constantly updated, coordinates the data flows coming from the electronic cards of each concentrator.

Dynomag hub ready for 4wd

Switching from 2WD to 4WD is easy: you only need to connect 2 more hubs to the Dynomag Hub totem.

Unlike chassis dynamometers, where a U-joint or belt connects the two axles, the scalable hub system is synchronized electronically, not mechanically.

The docking procedure with the vehicle remains the same, thanks to the wheel hub and centering rings designed specifically for the Dynomag Hub.
