Amtech RMA-223-TPF (UV) Solder Flux 10cc
If you want to perform precision welds with optimal and fast adhesion, this AMTECH RMA-223-TPF (UV) welding flux in the form of a 10cc syringe is ideal. This paste consists of solvent, resin and activator by providing a homogeneous fluid, reactive to UV rays and easy to apply to the area to be welded.
It offers a creamy mixture that prevents separation into various tin residues. This solder flow is particularly effective with Sn Pb welds and in particular solder balls. This paste is also RoHS 2002/95/EC compliant, limiting the use of hazardous substances.
